This site belongs to Life Insurance Oceanside, which works with clients in Oceanside, California and the surrounding area. By reading these pages, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.

The site is informational. It has no accounts, no online applications and no way to buy a policy here. The only way to reach us is by phone.

Information, Not Advice

Our pages explain term life, whole life, universal life, final expense, mortgage protection and retirement income planning in general terms. They are written to help you think ahead and prepare good questions. They are not legal, tax or financial advice for your situation, and reading them does not make you a client.

Quotes and Coverage

Any figures or options we discuss on a call are estimates based on what you tell us. Rates, terms and approval are set by the insurance carrier after its own underwriting, which may include health questions or an exam.

A conversation with us does not start a policy, and no coverage exists until a carrier issues one and the first premium is accepted. The policy documents themselves govern your coverage, not anything written on this site.

Accuracy and Changes

We try to keep each page current and correct. Products, carrier rules and California regulations change, so some details may fall out of date between reviews. We may edit, add or remove content at any time without notice.

Ownership of Content
